In GB 1.22, when switching to Game Mode, the program no longer shuts down any gadgets that are running like in previous versions of the program.

I would try a total uninstall/clean Install as my first step

I did an uninstall - reboot - install and still the program doesn't close the Gadgets.

A "clean install"??

Did you follow the description on how to do it in USAGE of IOBIT PRODUCTS in the Lounge section to the letter?

Yup, a clean uninstall then install.

I just did another Clean Unistall and still the application/service sidebar.exe isn't disabled when I go into Game Mode. When I click on Switch to Game Mode then click on Show all current processes, I see sidebar.exe listed.

 

Also, I have "Advanced System Care" and "Smart Defrag" installed and these programs aren't listed as programs to close; is this going to change at some point?
