Problem

I've downloaded the free version. I did a complete scan and repaired what needed to be fixed everything went fine. Then when I try to click close it wouldn't, even the "X" on top wouldn't close the program. It just stayed frozen on desktop. I have to reboot to get it off. Anybody have the same problem maybe could help me out. My OS is Vista Home Premium. I never had this problem before it just started the last 2 times I used it.

Hi Mannix,

Go to My Computer-Local disc-Program Files-Iobit-Advanced Windows Care and see if there is an "error log.txt" file and open it. It may give a clue.Post back what you find. You can also upload the error log under topic "Post bug report here".

Well I uninstalled AWC, seems no one can help with the problem I'm experiencing. I posted the file in bugs and have not heard a word. Oh well really liked the software and was going to purchase. :-(

Re-submit your issue via the web site tech support feature. I'm betting the IOBitFolk respond to that even when they're too busy to hit the forums.
