Old HijackThis Log?

Hello,

 

Here: http://www.help2go.com/Tutorials/Protect_Your_PC/Help2Go_Detective.html

 

When I submit my HijackThis log onto Help2Go website, it says that the HijackThis log is old.

 

This Error:

Old Version of HijackThis

You are running an older or incompatible version of HijackThis. Please download and install the latest version of the software here.

 

Processing of this log terminated. Please re-submit your log with a new version of HijackThis.

 

 

This goes for both IObit Security 360 and Advanced SystemCare

I think IObit should update their HijackThis scan log =)

Hi solbjerg,

 

I just "Scan & Save a Log" from IS360 and it seems my HijackThis is Version 1

ASC does not say what version it is, but when I put it onto Help2Go, it still says it's old. So i'm guessing it's Version 1

Did you try uploading only copying Running processes and the rest, ei., deleting the first Logfile part of both?

After removing the Logfile part, Help2Go is able to read it =)

 

but i have another question
