I use Foxfire as my prefered browser. Is Advanced Windows Care Security Defense section going to work properly with this? Will it control cookies and websites that are lists in the Spyware Defense Analysis section or is this program mainly for people who use Windows Internet Explorer?

I guess you mean FireFox, - and yes it will.

Take a look under details, and configure what you want it to clean.
