Incomplete junk & internet trace file removal

After running IOBit Advanced SystemCare Pro, I usually run CCleaner. Invariably, a substantial number of files show up, in excess of 2mb, having not been deleted by ASP. These are mostly in the Documents & Settings\Local Settings\ directory, under \Temp\ and \Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\, even though I always use Firefox 3 as my browser. Why won't ASP clean up these files? :?:

Well, I realised a lot of tests with the both softwares and at the evidence it's the contrary !

 

Did you checked all the parameters value ?
