System Optimization not working?

I have just renewed my Advanced Systemworks Pro 3.4.0.

 

Under 'Diagnose System - System Optimization' with only System Optimization checked,the operations arrow flashes above 'System Optimization', the green 'scanning' word is lit, but...the progress bar at the bottom does not move. I have had it on for hours and the progress bar shows nothing.

 

I am using Windows 7 Professional operating system.

 

Everything else in Advanced SystemCare Pro seems to work O.K.

 

Any advice?

Try downloading the newest version 3.4.1 and install that.

Hi rjkarizona,

 

If you don't want to follow solbjerg's advice to update it (you should anyway), you can still get rid of that glitch by downloading the Defidbd file described in the foo tnote of the first post of THIS thread.
