These two can be removed:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {AE7CD045-E861-484f-8273-0445EE161910} - (no file)

 

 

Furthermore, you should first uninstall, and then update Adobe Reader and Java.

 

Lastly, you are using 3 anti-virus programs at the same time: Avira, AVG and Symantec Endpoint Protection.

 

Running more than one AV application at the same time is known to create problems and instability of a computer.
