Daily download fails

Hope you can help me. I run XP and I have ASC Pro. Bout a month ago my updating, which I schedule daily, gets to 98%, and then a window comes up and it says download failed. Manually does same thing. Any help?-Rod

I would guess you still have version 3.4.0 ?

This problem was fixed in version 3.4.1 so please update to Advanced SystemCare 3.4.1

 

I recommend you do a Clean Install when you do the update.

If you already have version 3.4.1 then again I recommend you do a Clean Install. This fixed it for me :smile:

 

If you are unsure how to do a Clean Install, go to Usage of IObit Products - Over the top/Clean install

You can get the 3.4.2 at the time... it is the last up to date.
