Help is there a rollback on pro

Help.....I upgraded to ASC pro last night. everything seemed to be working just fine. I shut it down then this morning firing it up all I get is: "personalized settings for: RunDLL32 IEDKS32.dllBrandIE4 SIGNUP"

It soesn't proceed from there. The message just hangs there

 

Any Ideas to bail me out of this mess?

You should have received a confirmation email from Avangate with your license information upon purchase.

 

Be sure you have the license information before you do this!!

 

First:Make sure you have a clean install of ASC 3.4.1 free:

 

by uninstalling completely than reinstalling ASC.

 

Then open ASC free.

 

Click "Upgrade" button at the left bottom, and click "Enter

License Now", then enter your license exactly as it appears in the email.

 

Cut and paste is preferred for entering the license.
