I have had to replace my faulty laptop (will no longer start) with a new one. I just installed the latest version (v3.4.1.685) and am trying to activate it. I receive the message saying that the license has been activated for the maximum number of PCs and cannot be used. How do I transfer this license to my new laptop?

They are usually understanding in these circumstances.

The reasons are that you have exchanged the faulty computer for another and the license you had was for your previous computer.
