IObit Security 360 is not an Anti-Virus program, but a good complement to an A/V program as an anti-malware.

To everything there is a season!! Iobit 360 is anti malware/spyware... to augment your A/V as enoskype says. You should try Advanced System Care if you haven't.... its the bomb baby!!!
