Can anyone confirm this is actually a new version? All the information at Softpedia is from older versions and

IObit's update page still has 1.3.

 

If this is actually an update, what has changed in this version?

You can confirm it when you install this newer version after installing en at the end of the installer there it says. Look What's New text

 

And then you get this -->

The new version appears to be basically the same as 1.3. You can change the color of the blocks in this version...groovy. 8-)
