internet booster doesn't finish

I can't get this free tool to finish processing since I have downloaded this whole program. It stops halfway & can't seem to get it to finish. It works fine on my laptop, it's my PC that has the problem. Can anyone help?

Could you please explain HOW you are using the function?

Often though a "Clean Install" can solve such problems.

The concept of a "Clean install" is explained in my signature link.
