Can't get rid of detected problems

I had a problem with Vista Home Basic OS not being able to install new programs (problem in the AppData folder). After creating a new user account & updated ASC to 3.5, I ran the Maintain Windows & fixed the associated problems but once I restarted, Privacy Sweep & Junk Files Clean find the same issues and doesn't fix them. Attempted restarting & re-running several times with same results. The files are located in either:

 

C:\User\user name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\History in Privacy Sweep, or

C:\User\user name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5 in Junk Files.

 

Have also removed IE8 completely & removed a damaging thread according to HijackThis log.

 

Any thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated!

Reinstall Your Computer with a Full format and herinstallation.

Reinstall ASC 3.5

 

Normaly now your problems most be solved.

Is the new User Account has full Administrative rights?

 

How are you using the UAC function?

 

What was the demaging thread (threat)?
