silly question time

OS windows 7 home premium

 

when i go to the action centre>security>installedspyware>

status = off

 

i have tried changing it to on but it just takes me to the home page

 

antimalware on

Realtime protection on

Dog detection on

 

Task bar icon also shows

 

standard protection on

advanced protection on

 

note it correctly shows my

 

AV Avast as on

Windows defender as off any comments/thoughts

Hi scrd01,

 

It is a known bug that Windows 7 does not recognise every anti-malware/spayware if they are installed and running or not.
