That second question makes me think that the answer is wrong.

 

Since it is a participation in a Race and it could be car circuit race or human long distance race in a stadium, so if you overtake the last person , you can be any of the other racers except the last one, and it is possible and it is called lapping an opponent.:mrgreen:

You can overtake the last person!! After 30 years of circuit car racing, I have learned that and lived it many times.:mrgreen:

If you are the first one, even the last one is not blue flagged when you first time overtake him/her if you are in the same lap.

 

It is only impossible if the track is not a circuit.:lol:

 

I always thought that Dementia has never been to a circuit race. Perhaps a Marathoner.:razz:
