Trojan.agent in c:\windows\system32\msvcrt.dll [SOLVEDby db 1501]

Hi, Security 360 (v. 1.41 and updated)has detected a so-called trojan.agent in c:\windows\system32\msvcrt.dll

 

My other antispyware programs have detected nothing.

 

Have I to be afraid of it or it's only a mistake, a false alarm?

When I remove it and start my computer again, S360 detects it again.

 

I recently made a new update of Xp pro. It's maybe the cause?

I think there might be two threads going on the same FP. So, the c:\windows\system32\msvcrt.dll is a FP, but what about the rest of the things IO found and quarantined.? Are they all FP's as well?
