cant see buttons

idk ive had this problem with the gamebooster aswell where it dosnt show the buttons or it takes whatever is on top or in the background for the buttons.

i just recently got smart defrag and i started useing it and its the same thing that happens that i cant see the buttons. it works fine i click the button areas and it will start defraging and i can stop but i have just been going by pure luck and i dont want to click something wrong lol. it also dosnt have a _ and a box and a X at the top right aswell.

ive tried uninstalling and deleting any program files left over and then reinstalling, ive also tried the same thing in windows classic them if that was the problem.

ok just tried it with the windows xp defualt theme and it still didnt show the buttons :S, well if you could take screen shots of each menu that has buttons id probably just be fine going by that lol

Performance

"Let Windows choose the best settings for your computer"

This window can be reached by writing sysdm.cpl in "Run" or

The Windows key + Pause/Break Opens System Settings and then you choose the tab Advanced and the button Performance - Settings

Or you can right click My Computer, choose Properties - the tab Advanced and the button "Settings" in the Performance section.

This can sometimes restore settings that the System Optimize has changed, but you will then have to place that "problem" in the Ignore List the next time you run System Optimize.

There are further possibilities in that window if you want to experiment a bit.
