I'm not quite sure I understand what the current problem is, exactly. "Piggyback" on what ?

 

Do you think you've been hacked, infected or a little of both ? When you say "takes over download", could you be more (very) specific, please ?

 

I don't use the program so I can't tell you how to get old logs, but I would sure like to see the most current log ; can you copy/paste it in your next reply ? That would help us get started.
