Another Temp Internet File - Image F/P [SOLVED in db 1615]

Just detected another image file F/P

Running a context menu scan on the file results in no detection.

Time Elapsed:00:01:00

Objects Scanned:53860

Threats Found:1

Trojan.Downloader - Quarantined, File, C:\Documents and Settings\Footy\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\9PYQ47C1\rss[1].gif, 9-71359

 

Have attached the file in question, using the regular password.
