Help with possible IObit reinstallation

Hello. I have a question relating to my Advanced System Care Pro. Due to activation issues with Windows XP, I may have to reinstall it soon. My questions are: Do I have to reinstall ASC Pro, and if so, how would I do that? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

For instructions on how to do a Clean Install see This Post

You will need to enter your ASC licence code again.
