Could you please provide a clearer screenshot - I can't see much on this one - as far as I can tell all applications listed use 00 CPU on the one you attached ??

Well its the same 90k file...

 

So if you tell me some way to stop yr service from automatically compressing I'm prepared to use it.

 

Looks like a clean install is likely to be the way to go... http://forums.iobit.com/showthread.php?t=7046

Does this still apply to GOTD licenses?

Please read Usage of IObit Products - available as links in my signature.

It will also describe the procedure of a "Clean Install"

Keep the data of your pro license available somewhere - to re-activate your license.

Please copy License.dat file in the main folder of ASC to a safe place to put it back after applying solbjerg's advice. (Clean uninstall-reinstall.)
