deactivate licence, how?

Hi, I have now sent two emails to get a licence deactivated, but I have not recieved a rely, can you tell me why??:sad:

Please note that this is due to a hard didk replacement.

They may have misunderstood you, because, deactivation of a lisence means cancel the activation of an active licence.

 

You should ask for reactivation of the lisence.

 

Send your e-mail to support@iobit.com and/or to Tim Xue, I am sure that you are going to get a response.

 

You have to convince IObit that you have only changed the Hard Disk, but not CPU together with it.

 

Is it one of the three computers that you can use your AWC Lisence?

I had changed the hard drive and re-installed everything due to constant crashing. This is on one of the pc's with a licence. I don't get why changing the cpu has to do with it, are you saying that if I upgrade the cpu, I have to buy AWC again??

Seems a bit of a arsehole thing to do!

I am always upgrading my pc, if that is the case, I may need to look elsewhere.

You have the right to install the program on 3 of your own computers.

So you should just follow enoskype's advise and ask support for a reactivation of your licence.

When you open the Home site on Iobit, you can choose Support and there the possibility "Lost your licence" and retrieve it.
