I just attempted to use PC Tune Up on IOBIT 360 1.45

 

Following "Initilialisation Error" message received: Database file (Def.dbd) missing, please re-install program.

 

Re-installed twice. Same problem/message.

 

I have used this program before without problems.

 

Help, please!

Those two re-installs - were they "clean installs"?

If not please try Clean Install - concept described in Usage of IObit Products - link in my signature.
