My SystemCare is Messed Up in Windows 7

Hello,

Few days ago I installed Windows 7 ultimate.

When I run ASC, it looks all messed up and I can't press anything, see for yourselves:

If it is relevant, I use my windows and ASC in hebrew (and yet, what I can see in the program is in english).

Is this a common issue? Any suggestions how can I fix it?
