Automatic care doesn't work.

Hello.

I've had a problem with my ASC PRO, that it won't automatic perform a system care. I've turned that option on but it doesn't work. I've tried to reinstall the software it but that doesn't work either.

 

Any suggestions?

do you have any software like winpatrol etc that might stop it auto starting.

 

is the icon displayed down near the clock.

Tried a clean reinstall, with no positive results.

And the icon is showing near the the clock, and I don't belive have any software running that prevents it from autostarting. I do not have WinPatrol.

What are your settings? Is it set to start an automatic scan when idle?

Are you aware what a clean install entails?

Please as much information with relevancy to find the possible culprit.
