update problem

i have been using toolbox, great program. problem, cannot update toolbox. tried to delete the folder, no go. says program in use. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Did you use Unlock & Delete function of IObit Security 360?

 

Try to end process of anything concerned IObit Toolbox.

 

If non of them work, try using Unlocker 1.9.

Yes, try enoskype's suggestion!

But the Toolbox is intended to be used without installing it but carried round on a stick to try to help people with trouble.

Therefore I think that automatic functions should not be part of this version of the application.

I have no trouble deleting my version even though I have unpacked it by me and even have a shortcut for it in my start/programs, could have placed it on my desktop, but I like my desktop uncluttered. :-)

hi, downloaded and installed unlocker. did the job and was able to update. thank you very much for all your help.
