Computer Crashed

Recommended Posts

I recently use Advanced system Care on a dell computer running Windows 2000. Immediately after using ASC the computer crashed. I saw a quick message about "physical dump..." screen went black. I attempted to reboot computer but the neither of the two hard drives are now being detected. What caused this I have no idea. First time I ever used ASC and I am not too impressed at this point. Any ideas?

sorry this happened .

can you still get in? (i know you stated not)

ok 1 of 2 things

restore or a possible image restore?

do you have the install cd ? that is your os?

try a repair.that should find the drives...and repair the booting process..

..and then it hopefully should boot again.do not run the scanning..

start up avc..program first try to get the system back

your priority..

then hopefully we go from there.

again i am sorry that this happened..

jjj
