Shortcut does not access the program!

I bought the I 360 Security Pro and my shortcut does not access the program. It will bring up the box to run the program and when I click okay, it closes the box and nothing else happens.

I removed it once and downloaded again and it still will not run

When you removed it did you do a Clean Install ?
