I cannot remove 2 spyware problems

I have installed today the free edition of AWC. It worked fine as it has for me in past computers WITH ONE EXCEPTION.

 

It would not remove the 2 items shown in the Spyware Removal box.

 

I tried several times and each time it failed to remove these 2 files or what ever they are.

 

Can someone please help me solove this problem.

yes I checked. it was after the first scan that I noticed that the 2 files or whatever were not removed. I then rescanned several times, ticked each item and they are still showing

clear your system restore, then run awc2, reboot run it again if still there download free ver of superantispyware it cleans difficult spyware where other's fear to tread.
