Error 339

I upgraded my free account with the hopes of getting rid of an error message I keep getting when installing a download- run time Error 339- I am still unable to open the download- any advise? Thanks for your help.

What program are we talking about?

I do think though that a clean uninstall followed by a clean install probably will make the problem go away. (links in my signature)

I fear I have misunderstood you, sorry!

If you have ASC or Ccleaner or another registry cleaner on your machine, then try running them. (one at a time though :-) )

In the future I would advise that you use a good uninstaller that also cleans away leftovers in the registry.
