AVG update download

I downloaded Advanced Windows several days ago and just downloaded AVG Anti-spyware today. I am unable to download the update files however.

 

Any suggestions?

I am sorry, but you have to give some more information.

From your post we do not even know if you have installed the programs!

When you configure AVG the program asks you to choose from where you will download the update, - if you are not part of a network it will usually be from the Internet, - then there is a little box where you can accept that the program won't ask you again what connection it should use.

Have you configured that correctly?

Had you prior to trying AVG - run AWC without checking the details, especially under Repair and Optimize?

 

Please some more information!
