Hey guys,

 

Due to a recent hardware wipe, I've lost my activation key, and have changed email addresses, so can't use the automated password retrieval system.

 

Can someone PM me a way to get around this issue? I've really enjoyed IO products and would like to get back to using them unrestricted.

There is no way to get around this issue you will have to contact IObit and explain the situation.

Please send an e-mail to support@iobit.com and include as much information as possible.

Also send a Private Message to Cicely of the IObit Support Team describing your situation, IObit is very understanding in these situations.
