Often times, the settings dialog on Beta 1.5 will not open, no matter what button or I click to open it.

Doesn't it open after some seconds (perhaps 30-60 sec.), this would be consistent with some experiences when the program isn't set to open with Windows?

The delay is probably due to security settings that check the program for virus prior to allowing it to open, is my guess!
