Application Error

Hi

 

Could you please help, recently recieved this message on my computer it reads as follows.

 

An Application error

Exception EAccess Violation in module filesweep.dll at 00004E44

 

Access Violation at address 03394E44 in module Filesweep.dll. Read of address 01F29054

 

Does anyone know what this means and the way to fix this, your help would be appreciated so much.

Your profile says you have IObit Advanced Systems Care 3 so I guess that is what you were running when the message popped up?

 

Please have a look at the thread "Access Violation" it has almost the exact same message.

 

I would suggest following the instructions in that thread and disregard (not Ignore or Fix) this until someone from IObit can confirm what the issue is.
