How I can make skin?!

Now I'm making TRON skin!

First find your "IObit/Advanced SystemCare 4" program folder, then within the "UI" folder you'll see all the skins. Make a duplicate of one of the themes, rename it and start playing around with the images within that folder.

There are programs out there you will need. I use Vista Buttons. this will cost you around $120.00 but well worth it. Also Corel witch is $399.00. Good luck.

Gimp is free. CorelDraw, Photoshop, PaintShop Photo Pro, Xara Designer Pro, and other cost money and watermark in demos.

 

MS Paint exporting PNG works too, just set transparent parts to color set in skin config. Paint is capable of doing ok stuff with a little extra work.
