Frustrated!

Since February 2011 I experience problems with updating IS360. Regularly

updates are coming in after a long time, 4 to 8 days. I asked support and

they tell me always they update every two days. But they do not update

as promised. They lie and lie again! Today the same. Asked for support:

no reply! I am done with IS360, uninstalled and will not use it again!!

Well, I have read some of them but I am not wasting any time on it anymore.

Did you read Cicely's explanation and apology?

(As far as I remember personal support is only promished to people that have the paying version of the program.)

Even without the recently unnormally spaced updates the program still contains one of the largest definition databases available.

You mention a comment from Cicely? Can't find it. What I see that I am not

the only user commenting on this problem. I have a strong feeling that

IObit is completely ignoring their users. That's the same with the 'quality'

replies I get on my e-mails. They constantly repeat the procedure for up-

dating, whch I do know very wel. I am not STUPID!! And when I point out

that they promis to update every two days and, when there are no updates

for a longer period, their reply is that they insist on updating every two days

and further ignore my commen. The reason why I stopped using IS360 today,

and already uninstalled this unreliable CRAP is that this is going on for two

months already. I am not going into further discussion becaus I already

wasted to mucht time on this Chinese CRAP. I wish you success with this

mess! This is my final post!!!
