Is this a false positive? System Mechanic\uninst.dll [SOLVED by db 2506]

Is C:\Program Files\iolo\System Mechanic\uninst.dll a false positive? I scanned this file with Kaspersky's On-line Virus Scanner and it reports that the file is clean. Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes' Antimalware have not flagged it as a problem. Thank you for your help.
