error ,and serial dont work ,after update

hello my Advanced SystemCare Pro 4.0 updated to version 4.0.1 and I no longer automatically have the product so I tried to get registered again, the serial and always says that the serial is not valid, but I got it direct from the site, and also always I try to get this error it appears http://img819.imageshack.us/img819/5116/erroso.png no longer know what to do.

My windows Xp is the image despite the opinion 7.

I hope it settles and then I suggest a solution to my problem.

Sorry for my English because I am Portuguese.

Clean Install

I suggest doing a Clean Install

If needed you can download a fresh copy of Advanced SystemCare 4 through the thread Advanced SystemCare 4.0.1 (ASC4) available!

 

If you still can't register the software as Pro after doing a Clean Install then send an e-mail to support@iobit.com and/or send a Private Message to Cicely of the IObit Support Team.
