can't download - help!

just bought this and I can't figure out how to download it. I'm so frustrated I feel like I just got scammed. Can anyone please point me to the download page?

You can use the download buttons in Advanced SystemCare 4.0.1 (ASC4) available! thread.

 

The second button will download the setup file directly.

link just gave me the free version

 

I paid for the pro version, I've now downloaded the free version several times. The freeware download is all I seem to be able to do. How do I get the pro that I PAID for?

Setup is for free and pro versions.

 

Did you receive the code from where you have bought ASC4? You should have received it by e-mail.

 

If you have, after clicking Upgrade, enter the code for validation.

 

The setup file is used for both FREE and PRO versions.

Welcome to the forum danruiz :smile:

 

When installing any new software it is a good idea to read the User Manual to get the basics.

 

• Launch Advanced SystemCare 4

• Click on More (top right of screen)

• Click on User Manual

• Advanced SystemCare v4 Quick Start Guide will open in your default browser

• Read through it and in paticular this section:

Upgrade Now: You can enter your license code to register to the PRO edition or purchase a new license code online by clicking Upgrade Now.

If you already have a valid ASC V3 license code, you can also apply the license code to upgrade to the ASC V4 PRO.
