i can defrag and fast optimize 3,4,5,times in a row till it says no need to defrag ,restart my pc(hp lap top)and then have to do it again.I dont have alot of files or programs.why do i keep getting fragmented files after restart,tryed boot time defrag to. this normal or what? (smart defrag 2,vista h.p,avira anti virus)
