boost ??

Boost is not in any of my drop down menus on any icons whyu is this and how do i fix it ?? im running vista ultimate x64

Due to the nature of the OS's, "Boost with AWC" function is available in XP, but not in Vista.

Hi Tyrram,

I eat my words! Enoskype has informed me that the boost function HAS been added for Vista! (I have XP).

A few things you might check:

1. First, boost will not show (or be available) on all programs. Right click on several different icons on your desktop and see if it is there on any of them.

2. AWC must first repair something in system optimization for the boost function to appear in the drop down menu. If you haven't repaired anything in System optimize, try changing a system service. (ex: I went to services, started The DNS service, then scanned with AWC and let it repair (shut off) the service.After that the "Boost w/AWC" showed up in the right click drop down menu.

For AWC to repair something in Vista, for an example, you can disable UAC for system optimization to find out a repair, and with the repair, UAC will be enabled.
