IMF udater not working right

I'm running the free version of IMF IObit Malware Fighter.When I start IMF the definitions update window opens as usual. however now when I click on the update button IMF processes for a moment and reports that my definitions are already up to date. Is there a maximum number of updates the free version will make?

Hi xerographist

It just means that it has finished updating - a more economical and correct way to say so would perhaps be to say "The definitions are updated". That is if there really was a new update, - it is not updating incessantly every minute or two. :-)

Those definitions will keep coming for both free and pro versions.
