Hi Guys,

Just recently downloaded and registered Advanced SystemCare 4 and noticed that when I view the files in the start menu in windows 7 all the various files are showing up just white icons which I think is a windows default icon, when I right click the properties and change the icon nothing happens. Any clues why I am not seeing the programs proper icons? Timm

Hi Timm

It is probably some leftovers from the previous program that are causing this.

Please try a Clean Install (links to description of Clean install concept in my signature)
