Game Boost?

I can't start game boost without the whole system crashing, one program at a time, " Such and Such program is shutting down" , followed by dozens of other programs in order. You can't do any thing but shut down the whole system and reload! Is this a known bug or is it just something in my system?

I think it would be useful to know your settings in the program and to see a list of your services (services.msc in Run)(topbar/action - export list)

I see you use XP (Home or Pro?) What other hardware / software on your machine?
