error 103

does anyone have any idea what is causing these error 103 pop ups, if so can you pse explain and is there a genuine fix.

i use AWC, CCleaner, IOBit Defrag, Regcure, AVG Anti-virus all scanned every day of the week as i am just a little bit paranoid about keeping my old machine going safely and for as long as poss without incuring the expense of replacement just now.

Error 103:

If you receive this message it means that for some reason the upgrade Web site you were trying to connect to was not available. This may be because of internet traffic or technical difficulties. Try again at another time.

My guess is :

That it could be caused by a mix-up in your installation files, try Uninstalling the program, delete the Awc folder, clean the registry with your Ccleaner and reInstall the program.

Remember to check ALL details before running the repair!
