Upgrading PC

I was considering updating my PC for gaming with a small budget of around $100-200. I have a relatively old CPU as well as low RAM (1gb). I also have relatively low free space on my Hard Drive (less than 20gb) but I don't feel that is too much of a problem. Which would you say is more prominent in gaming speed as my games occasionally lag. Video Card isn't too much of a problem as I recently upgraded that. If you have any specific suggestions on how to upgrade I'd appreiciate it. Basic specs below...
