Is this correct?

 

If yes then you might have some remnants of McAfee on your computer, you might want to try running the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)

Please follow the instructions in THIS thread of yours in Spyware-Malware Removal Help! section where Malware Fighter Superdave is respoding to you and don't try other softwares in the mean time.

 

I would also advice to refrain from using chat abbreviations in IObit Forums. Acronyms for IObit can be seen in Acronyms in IObit post.
