Why ASC5 removing Startup entries?

When doing a Deep Care operation and 'Startup Optimization' is checked ASC5 wants to remove all the Startup entries. The question is why? How can this be prevented and still be able to do a valid Startup Optimization?

Thank you so much for pointing me to this post. It does exactly the same as it did for this gentleman while it was in beta stage. Decides to put the startup items to some sort of delay bin?? Somebody missed a reality check here big time in my opinion.. who would want this done to their startup bin and to top it all off - automatically by default????

 

Geez.. lets start the thinking process from the beginning...
