wish queue up different defrag option for different drives

Wish to defrag C: using "defrag and fully optimize", but at mean time wish to queue up defragmenting D: using "defrag only" without interruption of waitinig for the completion of defragmenting C:.

That is not currently an option in Smart defrag! To accomplish this you will have to run two different defrag operations. One on C: another on D: :-) As "defrag only" is the fastest, I would suggest you run it on D: first, then when it completes run "defrag and full optimize" on C:
